Shipping and delivery 

This policy applies to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.


TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME


Generally, shipments are in transit for 10 – 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).


Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.


Delivery Terms


We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at orders@mabruukstore.com


TRACKING


Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.


Cancellations


If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit


If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
 

Returns & Refund


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


SHIPPING & HANDLING


We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your orders out of our warehouse within 5 business days!


Expedited shipping means that your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.


Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 3-5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

 

Shipping Time: 1 – 10 business days to successfully deliver.


At the moment, our shipping cannot be delivered to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.


Order Tracking


You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the service you choose at checkout.
Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!


The package was delivered to the incorrect address.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. 


Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.


Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
During a “free shipping” sale, orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/returned to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.


The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.

How Long Is The Returns Process?


Processing returns may take up to 5-10 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, a refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
1.    Return Policy

  • We typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as an undeliverable address, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

  • Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% – 5% of packages will get shipment problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, or lost by post office.

  • In case of the issues listed above, please kindly send pictures of the item showing the damage and label of the item along with a clear description of the problem and contact our customer support teams with full evidence, we will strive our best to make it right. As soon as evidence is verified by us, the shipment can be arranged within 24 hours.

  • Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product is received. We won’t offer exchanges for orders delivered over 15 days. For exchange, you don’t need to return the item to us.

PLEASE BE AWARE:
We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENCIATION caused when printing, and making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when viewed on the computer. clothes maybe 1-2 centimeters shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.

1.    Frequent cases of return and refund
Below is how we generally handle frequent issues with fulfilling and shipping orders. How we handle these cases may still vary depending on how serious the case is, and after we have collected all the. 
This is NOT how we always act for every request. The actual solution may differ for each case.
•    Shipping wrong item: We will replace the item.
•    Damaged item: When our items are processed, it’s always intact and have no damage. However, there are many cases in orders shipped internationally Customs Control will tear the shipment to check for its content, or there may be damages during transportation. It’s hard to check whose responsibility it is. In most cases, we will replace the item if the damage can be seen. The customer must also send proof of damage and a photo of the packaging label so we can inspect further.
•    Small print area or broken print area (low-quality printing): if the issue is because of we will replace the item.
•    Actual product is smaller than announced size: If the actual product is more than 2 centimeters shorter/longer/wider/smaller than the announced size chart, we will replace the item.
•    What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?


Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product?


Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
•    The product is flawed.
•    The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
Please get in touch with our Customer Support team (orders@mabruukstore.com ) to start the exchange process. Please include the following information:
•    Order number
•    Video or photo of the faulty product
•    Complete delivery address
•    Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof to refund or replace the product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Find a Missing Item from Your Package
If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately.

Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered
Sometimes the delivery status is updated in advance and you may see your package marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. It may not have been delivered yet, but it’s heading to your selected address and will be there soon. Contact us at orders@mabruukstore.com for more details.
