How do I track my order?

please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
Do you provide international delivery?
International air orders are sent via UPS/ FedEx/USPS. Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you check your email after you place your order because your order will not be shipped if the shipping price needs to be adjusted and we do not get an approval reply from you.
DUTIES AND TAXES International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes, and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes, and restricted items.
What is your returns policy and how do I return an item?
It is the policy of Mabruuk Fashions Inc that if you are dissatisfied with
a product, return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and cannot be worn or used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be within 14 days of the date it was shipped. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus Shipping and Handling charges. Shipping and Handling charges will be returned if the error was on the side of Prior Service.

Once we received the item, we will credit back your charge card.
